This was formed in 1991 by a group who share an interest in gardening. Meetings are usually held on the third Thursday of every month, and usually take the form of a talk by a specialist in his or her given subject, or a visit to a garden in the local vicinity. New members are always welcome,we are pleased to welcome visitors at the majority of events
Posters with event details are to be found at local bus shelters and the Village Hall.

There is no meeting held in January or August.
The annual village show of Cross and Compton Bishop is held in August,usually the third Saturday.The event is open to all residents of Cross and Compton Bishop as well as garden club members.
